Ashtanga Yoga. During these classes and workshops, you will be gently guided through the initial asanas that open up the Primary Series. As well as looking at asana (postures) the concept of bandhas (internal locks) and breath control you will build your strength, stamina and flexibility with a structured approach. The workshops are most appropriate to those who have no experiance of a physical yoga practise; or for people who have been away from their yoga for a while and would enjoy a steady, guided re-introduction to yoga.

Perfect for people who need to perfect their mysore practice; or existing yoga practioners looking to deepen their practice. It is advisable that you have at least 3 months experiance of yoga before you join any of these classes.
Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Practise For people who wish to follow the traditional route of Ashtanga Yoga. Here, you are given personal guidance so you know how to adapt the practise according to your personal needs, whether this is to increase flexibility, learn yoga techniques to help you manage stress or if you have a practise that you wish to deepen. Great for people with independant minds.
