The core or your training:
Developing a Mysore Practice
This is the traditional way that yoga was taught - in small groups with each person receiving personal guidance that is
appropriate for that person’s level of fitness, flexibility, stamina and personal goals. The framework for the teaching is from a sequence of postures that are linked to a controlled breathing pattern. This sequencing is called The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. When learnt this way, the mind and body gain balance, strength, focus in a controlled manner.
Everyone at clarity is taught this way as it builds confidence and independence yet the teaching environment is highly supportive. The Mysore classes allows people of all abilities to practice together with the group energy helping to strengthen your own practice with the Instructor offering guidance to help you improve what you already know and prepare your mind and body for the next stage.
