Ashtanga Yoga. During these classes, you will be gently guided through the initial asanas that open up the Primary Series. As well as looking at asana (postures) the concept of bandhas (internal locks) and breath control you will build your strength, stamina and flexibility with a structured approach. The overall aim is to help you relieve the body of tension so you can develop a calm, tranquil, clear mind.
