Introducing Ashtanga Yoga to Beginners'

Ashtanga Yoga.  During these classes, you will be gently guided through the initial asanas that open up the Primary Series.  As well as looking at asana (postures) the concept of bandhas (internal locks) and breath control you will build your strength, stamina and flexibility with a structured approach. The overall aim is to help you relieve the body of tension so you can develop a calm, tranquil, clear mind.

Ashtanga Yoga - Primary Series During these sessions, you will be guided through aspects of the Primary Series.  Perfect for people who looking to improve their mysore practice; or existing yoga practioners looking to deepen their practice.  It is advisable that you have at least 3 months experiance of yoga before you join any of these classes.
