Beginner's Foundation Course
As a broad outline, the Beginner's Yoga Foundation Course will take you through understanding your breathing rhythm and its link to a sequence of movements, which together stretch and relax the whole body. You’ll start to recognize how your body holds tension and learn how to release it.
We start by learning Sun Salutations so you body learns the basic movements which form the foundations for many traditional yoga postures. You'll learn how to breathe into the postures; how to create a flowing Yoga Practice or even a Dynamic Yoga Practice depending on your natural constitution. In either cace you'll learn to build strength, stamina and focus as well as help you release tension.

As Yoga is such a personal thing, some techniques work better than others for different people. There is no right or wrong way.
