Deepen Your Practice
And Create Dynamic Yoga
To deepen your practice you can challenge your mind and body with either 108 Sun Salutations or attend a Led Practice of the Full Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. The target is set – but you only do what is appropriate for you. The feeling at the end is the most wonderful sense of release, freedom and lightness that you can imagine. In addition, you could opt to attend one of the Technique Classes or a Pranayama (Power Relaxation) class to create additional focus to your regular practice.

It is a dynamic meditation which clears the mind, improves focus and strengthens and detox’s the body. it is incredibly clearing. The practice ends with a deep relaxation to ensure the mind and body are completely balanced at the end.
