clarity Yoga Shala is a small, friendly studio in the heart of St Albans, Hertfordshire. 
It is situated in a refurbished warehouse which merges traditional values with a contemporary style, serving the yoga community of St Albans, Harpenden, Luton, Watford, Dunstable, Hertford, Berkhamstead and surrounding areas.
The main purpose of clarity Yoga Shala is to provide a healing space for individuals to learn and grow using traditional healing art of yoga. It is designed to feel like your own personal sanctuary so you have space and freedom expression so you find your one and inner calm to balance you physical body.
The Yoga Classes and Meditation Classes are limited in size allowing Beginners of Yoga to receive personalised guidance and more experience Yoga Practitioners to develop a Dynamic Yoga Practice or a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice depending on your constitution. This is how a traditional Yoga Practice was originally taught.
Each service is totally bespoke, and is delivered with complete confidentiality and sensitivity. This means that clarity, and its associates, establish the conditions that allows you to achieve your full potential in a space specifically designed to make you feel like the personal sanctuary that you would have at home.
In addition to feeling like your own, personal sanctuary. As such, practices such as Yoga are only taught in small groups so everyone can feel they are getting 1-2-1 attention, to grow and develop at their own pace.
In addition, other ancient therapies such as Thai Massage can also be received here, in a space that feels calm, and safe so the mind can rest and the body can breathe ... perfect for this modern hectic world.
