Calming The Mind
Meditation
As you develop your physical yoga practice, you may come to a
point when you wish to explore some of the wider techniques which bring a new depth of calm, peace and tranquillity to the mind. This is often the effects of adding meditation or mantras to your pracctice.
So once a month we’ll run a short session which allows you to explore breathing techniques (pranayama), which naturally leads to meditation and we'll even explore how traditioal yogic chants and help calm the nervous system.
This will generally replace one of the Monday evening classes each month.
