Their sequences are a creative blend of ashtanga vinyasa postures, with additional disciplines of pranayama and meditation. Perfect if you are looking to: ·Release the bound muscle groups of previous sports, such as the hip flexors, quadriceps and hamstrings. ·Lengthen ligaments and tendons of hip area, to improve integrity of related joints such as the knee joint. · Relieve back pain by bringing the pelvis back into alignment reliving any over arching in standing postures.
In addition, freeing the hips means the blood circulation to the abdomen, pelvis and back improves as does circuiation and healing of the reprodcutive organs. In addition, emotional trauma and daily stress trapped in these areas are released providing you with a new level of lightness.

As most of you know, Joey Miles – our author Ashtanga Instructor recently passed through to deliver a class, and what a fantastic experience!It was truly an inspirational session as he weaved his way through the guys who were there, offering his wonderful experience of anatomy and physiology to help us improve our individual practises.
Joey has been teaching for 7 years and is able to adjust practitioners up to 3rd series.Until his move to Leeds, he was teaching at Tri Yoga, London as well as helping to deliver their Teacher Training programme.So all in all, lots of experience and knowledge to share.
