Sankha (small intestine)Prakkshalana (to cleanse) is a Yogic Cleansing is a traditional purification system which  makes the body and mid fresh and helps to higher yogic practices and removes trapped waste material from the body

It is particularly beneficial to people who have asthma, respiratory problems, obesity, diabetes, constipation, hyper activity and provides the opportunity for fresh, healthy bacteria to line the lower digestive tract.

Even though these advantages are great, and you feel light, free and alive afterwards; this practice is not suitable for people who currently have peptic or duodenal ulcers, high blood pressure, anyone who is generally feeling weak or anyone that has undergone any digestive cleansing process in the last 6 months.
