The Beginner's Yoga four week Course provides a solid foundation for your yoga practice.
During the 4 weeks, we develop a correct breathing technique, simple movements as a base for building a sequence, teach you how to stretch is a way that is appropriate for your body type and introduce relaxation techniques.
By the end of the four weeks you would expect to have learnt how to do a mindful Sun Salutation at a rhythm and pace that suits you so you have a tool to help you release tension that builds up daily as well as effective stretches before other exercises that you may do. You may also notice an increase in your physical strength, stamina, mental focus and sense of calmness. In addition, your lung capacity will probably have increased which means you'll probably notice an increase in energy.
